Welcome to “The Life of the Potty,” my online Crohn’s disease documentary. My name is Adrianne and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease on April 9, 2006. Since then, I have strived to learn what I can about this illness, how it is treated, and what is being done to bring about a cure. I spare no dirty details about my fight with Crohn’s and freely write about doctors appointments, hospital stays, medications, symptoms, and all of the like. I post photos, opinions, and articles. I hope to get into peer counseling one day and created this journal to help strive toward that dream. Please join me in my fight to find a cure in what is becoming a common disease in both adults and children. Without progress and team work, we can not hope to win.
